360 degrees of the Berlin Philharmonic

The Berlin Philharmonic uses Google's 360-degree imaging technology to open new visual and acoustic perspectives online for music-lovers the world over.

The Google Cultural Institute project has opened opera, concert and theater houses in twenty countries to online visitors. Among them are the Opéra National de Paris, New York City's Carnegie Hall and Britain's Royal Shakespeare Company. The Berlin Philharmonic is offering a virtual tour of its concert hall, where viewers can enjoy a 360-degree video of Simon Rattle conducting.
