Director International Campaigns The Body Shop

Christopher Davis is responsible for leading the development of social and environmental campaigns across The Body Shop’s 2,500 stores in 65 countries. He joined the company in 2004. Since that time he has worked closely with company founder Dame Anita Roddick to oversee the launch of the award-winning Stop Violence in the Home campaign and the creation of a three-year international partnership with MTV Networks International to raise awareness of the HIV and AIDS epidemic. In 2009 Davis led the development and launch of the groundbreaking Stop Sex Trafficking of Children and Young People campaign, for which he was awarded the United Nations Business Leaders Award in 2010.

Before joining The Body Shop, Davis was responsible for international corporate relations and global development at Save the Children International, an aid agency operating in 100 countries.

He is also the chair and a co-founder of the UK Corporate Alliance Against Domestic Violence, a director of the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and a guest lecturer on corporate ethics at Oxford University and the London School of Economics.
